About This Program

AptiveAI Messaging is a text message (SMS) and email program operated by ClusterCode LLC under the AptiveAI brand. Businesses that use AptiveAI Agents can turn it on to send transactional messages to their own customers and contacts, from toll-free numbers that AptiveAI provides and from email addresses at notify.aptiveai.io.

Every text starts with the name of the business that sent it, so you always know who is writing to you.

What Messages You May Receive

Messages are transactional: they are about your dealings with the business that sent them. For example:

• appointment confirmations and reminders;
• delivery, order and service status updates;
• replies to a question or request you sent the business.

AptiveAI Messaging is not used for marketing or promotional messages, and never for messages to purchased or rented lists. Our Terms of Service do not allow it.

How You Opt In

You receive messages only from a business you have agreed to hear from. You opt in by giving that business your mobile number or email address and agreeing to receive messages about your dealings with it, for example when you book an appointment, place an order, sign up for a service, or contact the business and ask it to reply by text. By doing so you consent to receive text messages and emails from that business about those dealings; some of them may be sent by its AI agent.

Every business that uses AptiveAI Messaging agrees in our Terms of Service to message only people who have agreed to receive its messages, and only for the purpose they agreed to.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your dealings with the business, such as how many appointments, orders or requests you have with it.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. AptiveAI does not charge you to receive messages or to reply to them.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Stop Messages

Texts. The first text a business sends you ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.” Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from that business. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, OPT-OUT and REVOKE work too. After you opt out, that business’s agents do not text your number again.

Email. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or your email app’s unsubscribe button, to stop email from that business.

For a question about the message itself, such as an appointment or an order, contact the business that sent it.

Privacy

We do not sell your phone number or email address. We do not share them, or your agreement to receive messages, with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We use them only to deliver the messages the business sends and to honour opt-outs, through the providers that deliver them.
